The service is focused not only to complete instrument rebuilding but also onto tuning.

Instrument rebuilding:
- New surface treatment: wood, celluloid, spray coatings.
- Treble (discant) mechanism complete overhaul (right hand) of piano or button models.
- Complete bass rebuilding (left hand).
- Installation of new keys + treble mechanisms (professional silent running, long durability), Italian pearled keys.
- Possibility to choose keyboard and button rigidity based on installed springs quality.
- Installation of new buttons, guides, stops, felts, key leather and springs.
- Manufacture and repairs of bellows both standard and professional. Optional number of folds, bellows leatherette and border colour..
- Possibility of treble and bass switches rebuilding.
- Possibility of rebuilding and installation of chin switches.
Instrument tuning:
Besides normal tuning, cleaning and reeds adjusting, we carry out even complete overhauls. This is completed by experienced professionals and we render 1 year warranty for this service.
Complete overhaul includes:
- ripping of reeds from blocks
- ripping of leathers and valves from reeds
- washing of reeds in a technical solution
- adjusting of reeds
- pretuning of reeds
- gluing of new leathers and valves
- casting by a new wax
- installation of blocks into instrument
- final fine tuning
